Sunny Kirkland is a holistic healing professional passionate about assisting people in resolving their deep underlying cause of dis-ease & dysfunction. She has been studying and practicing for the last 15 years, and has been teaching since 2016. She has been trained and certified in a multitude of therapeutic modalities that include, but are not limited to, massage & bodywork, craniosacral therapy, somatic emotional release, psych-k neural reprogramming, Reiki, yoga, meditation, sound healing, acutonics and Soul Focused Healing. She uses her wide range of knowledge and expertise to synthesize an integrative approach to each client's needs. Every session is customized to meet the client where they are at, working with the physical, emotional, mental & causal bodies to restore balance and health. In conjunction with service, clients' receives personalized lifestyle suggestions, educational material and protocols to empower the client in their healing process. At the heart of her work is the medicine of spiritual practice, which she believes is the source of a balanced & healthy life. Her alignment with science and ancient wisdom has touched her life and helped her guide and champion clients to live a more whole life.
Every session begins with an opening dialogue about physical symptoms and current emotional and spiritual state. During this conversation I assess the mental state and provide appropriate questions for self-assessment. The basis of every session is assessing and balancing the body with their energetic centers, etheric fields and all corresponding organs and glands to promote optimization & vitality of the whole being. In conjunction to energy balancing, other applications are integrated to normalize and optimize the nervous system function. Each session follows with analysis, strategy & advisement for achieving health & happiness while restoring balance.
The clients with the greatest success are the one's that are willing and able to make the changes that originally caused their illness to begin. Following in the wisdom of Hippocrates, Sunny will not work with clients who do not participate in the lifestyle changes and practices that foster healing the root cause. In a willing and responsible partnership, naturally clients receive profound results with Sunny's guidance and care.
